Current stuff

Lately I've been passing through some other forums associated in one way or another with Carlos Castaneda, Nagualism, and sorcery. This has included some other chat rooms. What I have discovered is that in one case I'm a troll, in another I'm affected and controlled by a flyer, and my thoughts and actions, those disruptive and not in accord with beliefs, are the result of being infected by The Foreign Installation.
I'm fucked.
I'll freely admit I enjoy combat, verbal jousting, and the creation of drama for the sake of drama. (I don't have the nickname Gonzo for no reason.) The most enjoyable or perhaps I should say, the most responsive folk who respond are inevitably the ones who not only take themselves seriously, they also take their beliefs seriously. However, they can dismiss my antics, as above.
Lately, I've gotten redirected to Robert Monroe. Affinity mentioned in chat that in one interview (which I have as yet to find) Monroe gets up and exits the room, and when he does so, has an expression of sort of a "gotcha", according to Aff. I hope I can find the link to that video.
In the meantime, there is some truly astounding stuff to be found in his talks, perhaps the most in #4 of a 7 part series, at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPDgcTHxKhU&feature=related, especially around the 6 minute mark when he says, "It doesn't matter what you do here...you will go on after death", and by that he says further, you can be a saint or the cruellest person imaginable...it doesn't matter. I've had that notion for a long time, and finally, someone else, with creds, has said the same thing, and more.
At around 8 minutes he says, "You come to this earth as an alien life form...you don't belong here..." Bingo...another long held notion, that WE are the IOB's, momentarily experiencing being in human form.
In the next clip, at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCny04KpnJg&NR=1 at around 6 minutes he says he was bored. Oh my. In a recent chat on the aforementioned other forum, I said exactly the same thing. I was told the reason I was bored was because of a variety of things, namely, I was self-important, I had not fully recapitulated, I did not know how to still the inner dialog, I was living an indulgent and lazy life, without meditation. All true, I'm afraid.
Thanks to Aff for redirecting me once again to Robert Monroe. I may even have to dig out my hemi-sync recording and see about proving some of these notions for myself. But then, on the other hand, the beer is cold and I'm sure there's a car race or a golf tournament that needs watching.
