Ridens mephitis
Fairly common 1050-1350 m. Attracted to bait.
Similar species: R. fulminans has the double costal dashes FW longer, and placed more basally, broadly overlapping cellspot. R. pacasa has the lower edge of the spot in space 2 FW longer than the upper edge.
Ridens fulminans
Fairly common 1000-1100 m. Puddles, and attracted to bait.
Similar species: See R. mephitis. Upper and lower edges of spot in FW space 2 are of equal length, unlike R. pacasa.
Ridens pacasa
Uncommon(?) 1050-1150 m. Attracted to bait and mud. Variable in terms of FW apical spots and amount of white VHW.
Similar species: Distinguished from R. mephitis and R. fulminans by having the lower edge of spot in space 2 FW longer than the upper edge.
