I have no idea, how about a moth? Look at those narrow antennae, no clubs.

Given that this photo is from South America, it is a Riodinidae... the antenna have a small cub but they are curbed down and the angle of the photo tricks it.

This looks close to Adelotypa, Setabis (tirbe Nymphidini) ... if I have time today I'll go check and post back its ID.

The metalmarks are a group of Lepidoptera that should scare the hell out of the dogmatic Darwinian evolutionists :) ! - D'Abrera calls them 'a joke'... and I agree. Lovely group and creatures of the forest!
