Hola Thomas: Unfortunately there isnt enough pattern on the rest of these skippers for me to identify them. They are also fairly worn. This,of course, is no problem for the scientific community who dont normally ID skippers by looks but by studying the male genitals. If only they could take the time to get at least one in situ photo before netting them. Their answer,of course, is that there is always a chance that the bug will fly away....they just cant take the chance. Sorry Saludos Ricardo

Hi Ricardo,

I thought that the last ones were difficult, your help on the other skippers was amazing, thanks again. Most of my Colombia butterflies I managed to determine, more than expected. Not so for the Noctuoidea species.

If there were any respective experts on the forum ....

There are not many in situ photos I have but I will post them.

All the best.
Thomas
